Call Forwarding your lines to StatCall
 
You must activate call forwarding from your main office and from your main business line.
Normally, you activate call forwarding by:
 
either: Dialing 7 2 and the # key and then your assigned call forwarding number at the answering service 703-XXX-XXXX.
 
or: Dialing * 7 2 and then your assigned call forwarding number.
(depending on your location, the phone company uses one or the other.)
 
Let it ring once, then hang up.
 
If this does not work or you are not at the office to forward the phones, call your phone company who can forward it for you.
Verizon: 1-800-624-8286
 
StatCall has no control over your call forwarding feature. Call forwarding is provided to you as a service by Verizon, or, by your local telephone company. We just accept the calls.
 
To Unforward your lines from StatCall
 
From the main line that you forwarded, dial either 73# or *73, depending on which way you forward your phones.
